Since I left the ING Bank late 1993, I have been a self-employed business consultant and trainer. Main fields: communication and organization. During all these years I have serviced many (mainly Dutch) companies. A few thousand Dutch managers and directors have been in my workshops. For 4 years I ran a business club, and mc'd 50 club meetings in total. The past 4 years I added teaching management to my assortment. This led to a network of Chinese and Vietnamese alumni/ae. With the assistance of Vietnamese alumni/ae, I plan to set up shop in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) in the near future. For this reason I have visited Vietnam three times in 2007. I publish 3 newsletters: Dutch (monthly), English (4 x per year) and Vietnamese (4 x per year).
On www.hopstaken.com you can see what kind of services I deliver. You can also find all the newsletters. However, these do not contain pictures; the website will be upgraded soon. If you are interested in receiving back copies in pdf format, mail me at loek@hopstaken.com.
On http://hopper1951.spaces.live.com you can get impressions from my international activities: this is a way to stay connected with my ca. 240 alumni/ae in the Far East - mainly, Chinese & Vietnamese in the age group 25 - 30.
