Based on many years of procurement experience at a lot of different organizations Respect Inkoopconsultancy in her own way has made her contributions to the procurement profession. Not only by executing advisory assigments but also by presenting workshops, doing presentations and publishing articles about procurement (related) subjects.
Respect Inkoopconsultancy is a small company who takes care of a number of procurement services on the strategical, tactical and operational level, e.g. interim management, consultancy, temporary staff, training, recruitment, coaching. Starting points with all the assignments are the organization (culture) of the principal and the problems as described by the principal itself. Based on a detailed survey Respect offers a tailor made solution and takes care of the implementation of the solution.

I have gathered a greater part of my knowledge during my time at the ING Group and afterwards at a leading procurement consultancy company in the Netherlands. During this period I have done a lot of acquisition for procurement assignments. Since 1998 I have worked as an independent procurement consultant for my own company Respect Inkoopconsultancy.
I accept the responsibility for leading a project within a complicated and large organization. Change management is one of the key characteristics in leading some of those projects. It is my main objective to convince my customers of the need to professionalize their procurement organization.
My approach can be characterized by clear and short communication, pragmatism, aiming for results and searching for cooperation with the internal customers of my clients. Respect for the organization of my clients is the most important value.
