1. i forgot my password, how can i log on again? Click at User Log in (left of the website) on login/register. Click next on request new password, and fill in your email address or user name (most of the time - firstname lastname).

The website will send you a temporary password to your email address. You simple click on the presented link at the email we send you and you will sign on automatically. Within 24 hours it will expire, so you need to renew your password immediately once you are logged in again. 

2. how to publish an article at the Entrepreneur section of foundercontact?
The page you are creating can be seen as a small online biography, tell other entrepeneurs in a few words who you are and what you do. Log on to the system, click at your left menu box at edit my account. Click then at the right part of the page at Entrepreneur Information. Now you can start writing your article - type title, body text. Fill in some key words at Search Tags you like to be found at. Choose at which FC-country you like to publish your story and click then on submit.

3. how do i upload a photo at my profile?
Log on as member entrepreneur, click on my profile, click now on edit, click on scroll, select your photo and click on upload, finally click now on save at bottom of webpage. 

4.  how do i become Global - or Executive Member?
Log on to the system, click at premium memberships at the left menu bar, choose the Membership type and click at subscribe. Click now on the image of the credit card and follow further instructions. We handle your payment at the secured Paypal environment and you can put your private or business name to the bill.

5. i'm not visible at the database if i'm using the search function?
The database of foundercontact operates with full text search. That means the more information you publish at your profile the better you will be visible. Use the Search Tags at your Entrepreneur profile and fill in here some key words you like to be found at by other entrepreneurs.

6. i can view all profiles of entrepreneurs worldwide but only contact the entrepreneurs at my country. How can i contact them all by Skype, instant messaging and personal webmail?
You need to upgrade to Global membership, additional you can also upload Video Messages at the foundercontact website. 

7. how do i get into contact with potential investors?
You need to upgrade to Executive membership. Next your profile area will be upgraded and virtual doors at the secured portal area Capital Gate will be opened.

8. how do i upload a video at foundercontact website?
You need Global membership for this. Second step is load up your video at YouTube or Google Video. Third step, log on to foundercontact website, and click create content at your left menu box. Then click video - fill in title, body text and copy/paste the embedded url-code from the YouTube or Google Video website at the article. Now click on submit and your video will be represented at foundercontact website article.

9. how to invite other entrepreneurs?
Log on to the system and click invite other entrepreneurs at the left menu box. You now fill in the email address of the entrepreneur you want to send a personal invitation for free country membership of foundercontact. You may add a personal message, then click on submit. You can check the status of your invitations - in total you can invite 999 entrepreneurs, so just use it!

10. how can i build my personal network at foundercontact?
Very easy and the advantage is that you have it at your fingertips with 2 clicks of the mouse. Very convenient if you are e.g. traveling. Log on to the system, click on my buddy list at your left menu box. If you have added someone to your buddylist/network - his/her name is showing up overhere and clickable. Additional advantage of building a network is that the system automatically tracks articles and post of your contacts at the network. 

11. how do i add someone to my buddy list?
Log on to the system and click on the profile/photo of the entrepreneur you like to add to your network. At the buddy list section of his/her profile you click add entrepreneur to buddy list and confirm this action. Your network will be expanded with this entrepreneur and (s)he will get a message that you've visited his profile and is interested to network/contact.

12. how do i find entrepreneurs that are also located at my city or country?
Log on to the system, click at your own photo or at my account and click next on the hyperlink of city or country of your profile. The system will show you subsequent entrepreneurs incl. contact details.

13. how to search for other + 9,000 entrepreneurs?
First log on to the system with your userid and password. Then click at the right top of the website at countries. Click now at the hyperlinked number of entrepreneurs of foundercontact group. The system will show you now all entrepreneurs, first of all those with an image at their profile, [one of the reasons to publish an image at your profile!] next all others. Click on a photo image or name and you can visit someone's profile. 

14. how to search for a specific skill set or profession at the database?
First log on to the system, then click at the top of the website at the search button. Now you can type the key word you are looking for. You can search for content or at the profiles of entrepreneur (click for the latter at entrepreneurs). You can also use advanced search, at which you can search in all kind of categorised content/forums at the foundercontact website.
