Summary:
With inceased integration of world economies, new opportunities are being throw up frequently. To capitalise on such opportunites, we need skills, speed and the right team.
Am currently following 4 lines of business -
1) BPO space - Mainly Accounting and Taxation ( looking to expand into other BPO and KPO spaces)
2) IT and ITes outsourcing - while a lot has been said and written about the congested market in IT outsourcing space, what most people forget is that there are still many SMBs which NEED to outsource, but most established players are not looking at this market
3) Recuritment Process Outsourcing
4) Export of Fashion Jewellery
Some other ventures being looked at -
1) Creating a website dedicated to education in India. Complete list of colleges, univs, contact details, etc...
By profession I am a Doctor.
I compeleted my MBBS and while preparing for my post grad entrance exams, I realized that my heart was in business.
Its taken me 2 months to assemble a core team and start working on business ventures.
I look at myself as someone who can constantly come up with new ideas, and someone who can think ahead of the curve.
