1. as Executive Entrepreneur you will get an additional menu button at your user profile to write an Investment Summary.
2. before you start, you have to agree to the financial and legal disclaimers of Capital Gate and realise that we can't guarantee any success. Capital Gate is a matching service and is neither investing nor dealmaking itself. We also recommend to ask for professional advice at your accountant, lawyer and/or consultants.
3. now you can start writing your Investment Summary. It are pre-formatted questions that profile your opportunity out of the investor's perspective. It are tough questions based on the rich experience of experts who have been selecting business proposals for investors. So you can work on it for some time, save the content, rephrase and sharpen it without direct publishing at Capital Gate.
4. if you are ready you may submit your Investment Summary for publication at Capital Gate.
5. a 200 Word Summary will be send to Investors that are subscribed to this service and they will get an email alert of it.
6. Executive Investors can subscribe via RSS-feed to new investment opportunities and they can browse Capital Gate based on pre-selected search tags like industry sector, investment amount, country/region, status of company etc.
7. if an interest is expressed the investor will click on the provided link and will surf to the Investment Summary of the entrepreneur and gets also clickable links to smart information that will tell him that a Business Plan and other Industry* and Market* research is available on the opportunity.
8. the investor may now decide to contact directly the entrepreneur by smart communication tools like Skype call/chat, webmail or phone and ask him to send the full Business Plan and/or request an initial phone/skype conference with the entrepreneur.
*Later this year we expect to introduce the possibility to request for an Industry and Market Assessment for the opportunity using well established market intelligence and analysis software that is operated by Steve Howard's company kMatrix.
