We are an Australian private company, mandated to introduce opportunities for investors and operators to bring capital or skills to bear in a remote island archipelago area of Papua New Guinea. Our stakeholders are the traditional landowners, who, with our assistance, wish to control their destiny, by the introduction of sustainable industries that will improve their quality of life and provide much needed skills and income.

In particular we are looking at pearl farms, aquaculture, fishery, agriculture, mining, tourism and construction.

As traditional owners they have absolute power of veto over the use of their lands and waters, so we are in a strong position. We have funding sources for later stage capital, but need seed to commercialise our ventures, which involves packaging all the necessary licences, permits and governmental approvals. This is our current priority, and we have a full business plan available on request.

Generous concessions, tax breaks and other incentives are on offer, and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

We are not interested in paying upfront fees, at this stage, but can offer attractive equity packages to investors, with guaranteed exit plans, once later stage financing is placed, should that be acceptable. We look forward to hearing from serious investors, only, please.
