Rollan grew up in the mountains of West Virginia. He grew up in a poverty stricken environment with poor quality of thinking all around him. He decided early on that his reality did not equal his destiny. With an unwavering commitment and determination to excellence, Rollan graduated college with his Bachelor’s degree in 5 semesters while working full time jobs to pay his own way! After finishing up his first year of college at 19 years of age, he purchased his first home. Nine months later, he owned 7 properties representing 30 units worth $1.2 million. He ended up losing it all before battling his way back to enjoy years of success in corporate America and started several successful companies. Today, Rollan is known as “The Dream Builder” and invests his time as an inspirational speaker, author, business owner, thought leader, TV personality, and business consultant.
