Interested investors are being invited to participate/ invest in 3CCompany Holding B.V.
This company will, with a buy and build strategy, build a strong presence in SAP consultancy in the Benelux(mainly the Netherlands).
The advantages of this strategy are clear : support for the enterprise from the holding company and a better prospect of reaching out to new clients and bigger deals.
The proposition to investors is a funding of euro 4 million. These will be split in two tranches of euro 2 million. Of the first tranche euro 0,5 million will be needed for setting up the capital, working capital for one already acquired company and a startup with a combined revenue of euro 1,5 million. The other 1,5 million of investors will be available for new take-overs and start-ups. The second tranche of euro 2 million will be made available if certain criteria are met. These criteria will be focused on the success of current take-overs. We also focus on bank credit for making acquisitions we currently expect banks to finance 50% of a good deal. We expect to make more than 25% a year(IRR) for our investors.
