We are expanding into new market places, and are looking for operating capital ($100 - $250K), as well ongoing private equity (about 20 projects within the next 24 months) to finance our projects (about $2 - $15 mil each). There is a high demand for both the replacement of obsolete buildings, as well as innovative approaches for student organizations. The properties are generally located in high value locations, and students are attracted first to the organization, a major competitive advantage in the student housing market.
