More than 10 years of experience in franchise, goal bulding a global compagny in professional services by independent entrepeneurs to small and medium size businesses.

After 20+ years of running a home based childrens photography company called Positive Images, we had the opportunity to franchise our company. Together with my daughter, Shannon Johnson, we began franchising in January 2004 and have grown to over 70 franchises in 28 states and are still growing. Our franchisees operate a home based business that specializes in providing photography to day cares, preschools and private schools.

Brazilian, living in North Carolina, USA since 1996.
I am married. My wife is a PhD in Chemistry and researcher at North Carolina State University.
One daughter.

My Career

I have been a computer professional for more than 18 years: from Novell server administrator, Microsoft servers administrator, Technical Writer to Computer Security System Administrator.

Prior to computers I used to be a teacher and a professor.

In March 2005 I first published the 5K method for strategic management focus and successful entrepreneurship. After providing strategic consultancy services myself for some time I now support the growing team of 5K consultants working on a franchise like agreement with full dedication to the group. 

The group will expand world wide as books and documentation gets translated and country partners sign up with the group.
