He ended up losing it all before battling his way back to enjoy years of success in corporate America and started several successful companies. tripRoyale (http://www.triproyale.com/) has been conceived as a neutral web-based technology platform for travel service providers and travelers, and to operate in the B2B and B2C segments, globally. This is an ambitious project with several differentiators, as well as travel social networks. The basic framework is ready and we expect to soft launch the portal with basic features in Q3/2009. We have not taken any funding so far, but are now ready to take seed/angel funding or strategic, longer term funding.
